We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you wish to return a item from your order you have 14 days for refund or exchange.

Please contact us by email prior to returning the order and we will log your return, give you a returns number and return address. Items may also be returned to store during store opening hours (please contact us in advance to log your return and receive returns number (scarlettkillarneyorders@gmail.com). You will receive a full refund (minus postage) or exchange once items have been returned in the condition they were received - unworn, unwashed, stain free and with tags attached. We suggest you try on the clothes without tan, makeup or perfume. The customer is responsible for return postage costs and for items until they are received by Scarlett.
